Mary Beth Huntley

Mary Beth Huntley, 83, of Colonial Heights, VA, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Mary Beth was born in Austin, Texas to Reginald and Ethel Miller.

Mary Beth devoted her life to sharing her appreciation for the world around her in many ways. She committed her time to supporting her community in Dallas, Texas, where she worked as a Case Manager for the Human Service Department. Mary Beth was also a gifted watercolorist who poured her heart into every piece she created. Her talent lives on in the countless homes adorned with her work - each piece a reflection of her passion and artistry.

Mary Beth cherished her family above all else. She never missed a game, recital, or dance program, and she was her family's biggest supporter. Her presence - steady, encouraging, and full of pride - was a constant source of comfort and joy to those she loved.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Dr. George Huntley; her children, Bill Wells (Laura), Andrew Boyd (Tatyana), Neely Boyd‑Dickson, and Mandy Yanes (Lee); her grandchildren, Ethan Yanes (Alex), LeeAnn Yanes, Dominic Wells, and Rita Wells; and her siblings, Mike Miller, Rick Miller, Kevin Miller, Don Miller, and Sue Miller. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Mary Beth was preceded in death by her parents, brother Larry Miller and sister Jeanne Stephey.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
