Kathleen Gleason

Mrs. Kathleen "Mimi" Gleason, age 64, passed away on December 27, 2025. Kathy passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her ones. Kathleen was born in Richmond, VA to Robert and Rosalee Gleason.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Danny Gleason. She is survived by her son, Robert Gleason; daughter, Jennifer Gleason; her soon to be daughter-in-law, Pamela Hobbs; step-grandchildren, Chasity Jones, Destiny Hobbs, and Devin Jones; grandchildren, Jace Passmore, Jacob Gleason, and Taylor Widdifield; step-great-grandchildren, Wynter Motley, Ellyanna Motley, Addison Cortese, Evelynn Edwards, and Raegan Edwards; and her little buddy, Christian Mills.

Kathy had several passions which included her love of butterflies, Kid Rock, Dr Pepper, and a good old steak dinner, but nothing compared to her love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a way of making people laugh like no other with her amazing talent at telling jokes. She had a love for her family and friends, including those who left us way too soon.

The family will be holding a Memorial Celebration of Life at the family home on January 24th at 2pm.
