Everett E. Burgess

Everett E. Burgess, Sr. passed away on January 23, 2026. He is preceded in death by his father, John Burgess; his mother, Vera Burgess; and sister, Sue Andrews. He is survived by his wife, Linda Burgess, of 34 years; sister, Barbara Early; brother, Wayne Burgess; daughters, Tonya Smith, Susan Sisco, Jessica Sisco, Lucinda Eastwood, Evelyn Burgess, and Loretta Posada; son, Everett Burgess; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He ran Burgess Cab with his father and brother for years. He is a true Redskins fan. He will always be truly loved by many and will never be forgotten.
